Is there an age limit?
Yes. Every buyer must be 21 or older. You may be asked to confirm your age.
Do you sell the Switch Pro device?
No. We sell pods only. Each pod needs a Foger Switch Pro device, which you’ll need to get elsewhere.
How many puffs do I get from one pod?
The 5% pods are rated for up to 30,000 puffs in Norm mode, or about 18,000 in Boost mode. Your count will vary with how you use it.
How much nicotine is in a pod?
Our pods are 5% nicotine (50 mg/mL). We don’t carry a 0% nicotine pod right now.
Can I refill a pod?
No. Pods come prefilled and are not refillable.
Who pays for shipping?
You do. Checkout shows the shipping cost first, so there are no surprises.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only, from Texas. Some states and cities limit nicotine or flavored products, and we can’t ship orders to those places.
Can I return or exchange an order?
No. Every sale is final, with no returns or exchanges. Please double-check your flavor and nicotine strength first.
Do you make health claims about these products?
No. We don’t make health claims of any kind. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
